How we deliver
Shade///light Images delivers images in tiff file format, other fileformats on request. Ordered images are delivered by URL http address which will be sent to you with the order conformation. Orders received before 12:00 monday- friday will normally be sent the same day.

Payment
An invoice will be e-mailed shortly after the orderconfirmation. We only receive payment by Pay-Pal, direct money transfer and cashiers check. Further details on order page.

Image Quality
Most of our shots are digital shots. However, some of our images are digitized slides which have been scanned on the best possible equipment. Image files are Adobe RGB, 24 bit, Tiff. Imagesize varies from 5400*3400 to 3072*2048 pixels depending on camera or scanner used. After the images was taken or scanned they have been edited and corrected so you get a superb image.

Conditions
The conditions below aplies to all services and images from Shade///light Images unless otherwise agreed in writing.
 
Shade///light owns both images and copyright. All images are protected by copyright law.
 
Published images must have a caption with the photograperhs name.
 
Images sold by Shade///light remanins the property of Shade///light - only rights to use the image has been sold.

Images can only be used for the purpose the were ordered for. For each non approved use we charge EUR 800. 
 
Images must not be manipulated in any way. This means that cutting, cloning, blurring and so on is not allowed unless agreed with us in writing.

Any kind of electronic storrage of our images are not allowed apart from storing the images with the job they were aquired for.
 
Images used on web can only be displayed in 72 DPI.

The responsibility for correct usage of our images lies solely with the customer. Our images are not model images. Shade///light and our photographers can not be held responsible if the use of our images in any way violates personal rights held by persons in our images. The responsibility to clear these rights lies solely with the customer. The customer bears the full responsibility for any false or dishonouring text in conjunction with  publication of the images.

Shade///light can in no way be held responsible for any loss, whether direct or indirect caused by delay, lack in image quality, wrongfull handling or lack of color profiles.

If books are reprinted the customer has to pay 50% of the actual price.
 
Prices are excl. VAT and delivering costs, if any. Payment is due 14 days after date of invoice. 2% interest per month overdue.
 
Repayment for non used images is noet possible.
